What can we offer you?

A fully equipped treatment room! The rental fee would be based on a percentage of your revenue.

So there’s no cost to you unless you are earning! No risk!

Reception/office staff to take care of everything leaving you to do what you do best.

The flexibility to work with us to choose your days/hours.

Varied musculo-skeletal private practice work with a hands-on and exercise/rehab focus.

One on one mentoring from our principle physiotherapist and business owner.

Scope to increase your business as much as you like and at your own pace as your patient list builds.

What will you bring to us?

At least 12 months experience in private practice physiotherapy.

All the necessary qualifications, registrations and insurances.

Great interpersonal skills with a caring disposition and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

The willingness to work on building your own patient list by corresponding with local GP’s and other referrers.

A strong work ethic within the practice.

The desire and ability to provide both treatment and customer service that exceeds client’s expectations.

The desire and ability to provide a high quality service via holistic clinical assessments on a variety of musculo-skeletal complaints and develop tailored treatment programs to provide the best possible outcomes for your patients.

Empathy. Hands on care.

A fun and positive attitude to match ours!

This opportunity would be ideal for a Bayside local who already has their own modest patient list. However, this is definitely not essential.

The bottom line.

We are super busy. We love what we do and truly care about our patients.

With two treatment rooms and a small gym area with a pilates reformer, we have plenty of space for you to enjoy.

We would love to offer another physio a room to work from and the opportunity to get involved in what we do here. We are looking to establish a long-term professional relationship with a like-minded practitioner.

The importance of work/life balance is not lost on us so we are happy to sit with you and work out a schedule that suits you as much as it suits us.
